SPAN 303 - Introduction to Culture & Advanced Grammar in Spanish

Credit Hours: 3

Designed to give intensive practice in oral and written expression, based on cultural readings. Study and practice of Spanish grammar and includes reading exercises and guided composition designed to develop writing skills across styles, Students will be exposed to various topics in Iberian and Latin American literatures, cultures, including the arts and popular expressions, from a multidisciplinary perspective Among the regions studied are Spain; North, Central, and South America; the Caribbean, and related areas in Africa.

Prerequisite: ENGL 1120  and SPAN 2120  or Spanish Placement Test or Instructor permission
