MATH 312 - Computational Linear Algebra

Beginning linear algebra with a relatively concrete approach; covers computational matrix algebra, vectors, linear independence, bases, linear transformations, characteristic roots, and characteristic vectors; applications to solving systems of difference equations. Uses appropriate technology such as MATLAB and/or a computer algebra system.

Prerequisite: ENGL 1120 and MATH 1520
