ARTS 318 - Sculpture: For Art Majors

Introduction to contemporary and traditional methods and aesthetics of sculpture: culture, purpose, history, methods, and innovations from plaster to bronze casting. Art majors will build upon course content to critically develop conceptual ideas; develop a personal Vision and Style; research topics of personal and artistic interests; develop advanced technical skills; and create work of a high standard.
