EDL 582 - Leadership Residency

Credit Hours: 3

An initial field experience of at least one academic year in a pre-approved education leadership setting, facilitating the synthesis of leadership theory and practice, including monthly seminars. In the leadership residency, leadership candidates will integrate master’s-level leadership content with a yearlong leadership residency in a public school. A collaborative, summative assessment by the EDL candidate, clinical faculty (on-site mentor), and the WNMU professor will be conducted, including successful completion of the comprehensive assessment portfolio.
