SWK 502 - Introduction to Advanced Generalist

Credit Hours: 3

SWK Practice. Course provides students with an overview of the concept of advanced generalist social work, including the various roles that can be performed by social workers with this degree path. It also provides an overview of professionalism and social work ethics, including the core values of Service, Social Justice, Dignity and Worth of the Person, Importance of Human Relationships.

Prerequisite: Admission to the M. S. W. Program.
