NUR 505 - Advanced Pathophysiology Across the Lifespan

Credit Hours: 3

This graduate-level course focuses on the pathophysiological processes across the lifespan that alter health status. Emphasis is placed on the development of clinical reasoning skills to distinguish the relationships between normal physiology and specific system alterations produced by injury, disease and related etiology, pathogenesis, developmental and environmental influences, and clinical manifestations of major health problems. (Service Learning Component).

Prerequisite: Admission to the School of Nursing Graduate Program.
