SWK 460 - Social Work Research Methods

Credit Hours: 3

Provides students the opportunity to become competent and proficient consumers and producers of social work knowledge by acquiring and participating in the research process. Class includes fundamental elements of critical thinking, scientific inquiry, and research methods encompassing a variety of research methodologies. Learning is subsequently deepened through class participation in a research project done in the field placement setting.

Prerequisite: Admission to the Program
Writing Intensive Writing Intensive.
Level of Study: UG
