SWK 320 - Diversity in Social Work Practice

Credit Hours: 3

The focus is on diversity sensitive practice: racially aware practice, the impact of gender, sexual orientation, and disability on ethical social work practice. Class is designed to increase student awareness of the mechanism and effects of discrimination upon populations-at-risk.

Prerequisite: Permission of the Program Director
Writing Intensive Writing Intensive.
