Western New Mexico University provides students with a variety of online undergraduate and graduate courses, as well as a full range of electronic support services. Standard WNMU student services such as registration and payment are available online, as well as specialty services such as electronic tutoring and academic advising. In addition, all students are offered a short, free, non-credit online orientation course focused on the use of Canvas, WNMU’s learning management system. Technical Requirements

Supported browsers for Canvas: Because it is built using web standards, Canvas runs on Windows, Mac, Linux, iOS, Android, or any other device with a modern web browser. Canvas supports the most recent two versions of every browser release. It is strongly recommended that users update to the newest browser version.
